To qualify for Obligo’s deposit-free option, connecting a U.S. bank account by Open Banking or by providing two credit/debit cards is typically how tenants get approved. Obligo will then perform a soft credit check or verify your ID. If the individual does not meet the qualification criteria, they may still be asked to provide a standard cash deposit.
