About Us

Neil Cadman, President of Cadman Group has over 25 years of experience owning and operating multi-family and commercial properties throughout Southern California. As a previous Asset Manager and active Chairman of the Board for the largest Savings Bank in California, Neil Cadman has successfully managed a wide variety of apartment buildings; from duplexes to 100+ unit apartment buildings including student living, independent living for senior citizens, and city-regulated apartment buildings. Neil Cadman has developed an expertise in the proper approach to exceed client expectations, particularly with regard to cash flow ratios, and enhancement of the equity of investment portfolios.

Having successfully represented clients in the sale of over $500,000,000 of investment property, Neil Cadman and Cadman Group offer clients full service representation from brokerage, management, asset management, analysis and disposition.

Neil Cadman offers consultation services to ownership entities that self-manage and have management companies under contract. His consultation services include an independent third party evaluation of a building’s performance to assess the reasons for underperformance. Neil Cadman has the resources to improve a building’s performance, such as reports to determine market conditions, analysis, training of on-site staff, standard accounting practices, bank statements, and prescribing policies and procedures to increase cash flow and enhance value.
